Determination of Cu,Mn in Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

本文采用AAS300型火焰原子吸收分光光度计研究了测定新疆特色中草药肉苁蓉中微量元素锰及铜含量的方法,并通过实验对比了干法消化、湿法消化对测定结果的影响,测定结果的相对标准偏差<2.1%。
