摘要
使用连续介质模型研究了量子点-量子阱结构中的振动本征模.对不同阱宽的ZnSeQD-QW结构计算并取得了具体结果.发现该结构中界面声子的本征频率依赖于阱的宽度.角量子数越小的界面模能量越依赖于阱的宽度.
The vibrational eigenmodes of quantum dot-quantum well (QD-QW) structures are studied within a macroscopic continuum dielectric approach. Numerical calculations were performed for the ZnSe QD-QW structure with different well width. It is found that the surface optic (SO) phonon eigen-frequencies dependent on the size of the QD-QW structure. The energy of SO modes with smaller angular quantum numbers is more strongly influenced by the well width.
