摘要
采用界面重参数化方法,研究了体心立方结构的铁磁性材料,在界面为铁磁性耦合情况下,两层薄膜中自旋波的本征模、能带结构、色散关系.同时,重点讨论横向(平行于界面方向)自旋波对纵向(垂直于界面方向)自旋波的影响,与简立方结构的结论作了比较,结果发现:结构的变化在很大程度上影响了各种模的性质.
An interface rescaling approach is adopted to study the ferromagnetic bilayers with body centered cubic structure considering the ferromagnetic interface coupling. The spin wave eigen mode, dispersion relation and energy band are investigated. Meanwhile ,the influences of the in-plane spin waves on the properties of vertical spin waves are also analyzed. The results are compared with the previous work that was devoted to the case of simple cubic structure. It's found that a variation of the crystal structures obviously changes the properties of the spin wave modes.
