摘要
目的观察消痔锭在痔结扎术后的疗效与安全性。方法将90例Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度内痔结扎术后患者分成治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组使用消痔锭,对照组使用痔疮栓,均连用7d。结果用药第3d和第7d,治疗组出血、疼痛、肛缘水肿、渗液和便秘的缓解与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);用药7d后,治疗组的总有效率(83%)明显高于对照组(57%)(P<0.01)。结论消痔锭用于痔结扎术后有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ＂Xiaozhi Suppository＂ after hemorrhoidal ligations.Methods After hemorrhoidal ligations,90 consecutive patients with Ⅲ or Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids were randomly assigned to two groups.Xiaozhi Suppository and Hemorrhoid Suppository were given twice aday for a week in study group（n=45）and control group（n=45） respectively.Results Compared with control group,study group had a significant reduction in bleeding,pain,perianal edema,seepage and constipation postoperatively within 3 days and a week （P 〈 0.05） After a week,the total effective rate of study grnup（81%） was significantly higher than that of control group（57%）（P 〈 0.01）.There was no adverse event observed in both groups.Conclusion ＂Xiaozhi Suppository＂ applied after hemorrhoidal ligation is effective and safe.
