摘要
目的探讨中药离子导入法结合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将120神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予中药离子导入法结合牵引治疗,对照组仅给予牵引治疗,疗程20d。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组为65.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病有很好的临床疗效。
To explore the clinical efficacy of herbal ion penetration plus cervical traction in the treatment of radicular cervical spondylosis, 120 subjects were equally divided into two groups： treatment group in which herbal ion penetration plus cervical traction was given and control group in which simple cervical traction was given, with a course of 20 days. Result： The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 65.00% in control group,P〈 0.05,indicating that the former group had bettter effects than the latter one.
