摘要
为了获得活性更高的催化剂来处理纸厂废水,本实验利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2粉体,并对其进行了表征,最后将其应用于光催化氧化处理纸厂废水.实验结果表明,此粉体为锐钛型纳米颗粒;应用其作催化剂处理造纸废水可使废水COD和浊度的去除率分别达94%和97%,处理后废水达到排放标准,也使废水的色度得到很大程度的去除.
To explore an efficient method to degrade organic contamination in paper-making wastewater this experiment was designed. Titanium dioxide nano-crystal were prepared by Sol-Gel method and characterized with UV-Vis spectrum and X-ray diffraction. The result shows that the sample is anatase nanometer sphere granule. These powders, as photocatalysts, were used to photocatalysis oxidation treat paper-making wastewater with wheat straw. Via experiment, we obtained the best technics condition, in which dosage of titania powder is 0.01 g/10 mL, dosage of H2O2 (30%) volume fraction is 2%, pH value is 4.05, illumination intensive is 500 W, the illumination time is 9 hours, the removal rate of CODCr reach 94 %, effluent liquid COD is 200 mg/L, which meet the discharge standard of water pollutants for paper industry, and turbidity degree. Chromaticity were decreased obviously too.
