艺术的自律与他律

Artistic Autonomy and Heferonomy

虽然关于“为人生的艺术”和“为艺术而艺术”的争论一直众说纷纭莫衷一是,由此引发的围绕艺术的“自律”与“他律”的争议也是现代诗学的一个没有定论的话题。但由于其中蕴含着对艺术实践的理论定位,理当重新予以讨论。重要的并不是进行二者择一的宣判,而是如何通过对争论的梳理来进一步认识艺术文化的人文本色。

Since opinions on ＂art for life＂and ＂art for art＇s sake＇differ greatly,a controversy over artistic autonomy and heferonomy has become an unsettled issue of modern poetics which should be rediscussed owing to its theoretical orientation in artistic practice. And the important matter is not to pronounce the alternative judgement, but to further understand the humanistic nature of artistic culture by settling the dispute.
