A Comparison between China and Japan in Their Civil Service Systems

日本公务员制度已相当成熟和完备,尤其是公务员制所确定的公务员范围以及公务员工资、休假、考核等相关制度值得我们学习和借鉴,在此基础上,我们可以提出一些制度建设的构想。

As Japan＇s civil service system is quite mature,we can gain some enlightements from its relevant aspects, such as the civil servant＇ s scope of responsibility, salary, paid vacation and assessment. Therefore, the author, on the basis of Japan＇s experience ,puts forward some fresh ideas in the building of the institutional system in this respect.
