城市化进程中的失地农民问题研究

A Probe into the Problem of Land-Requisitioned Farmers in the Process of Urbanization

随着中国经济的高速发展和城市化水平的不断提高,农地被大量征用并因此产生了为数众多的失地农民。农地征用中的不公正性,使失地农民的利益极大受损。同时,失地农民在向市民角色转变的过程中,又遭遇到种种因素的制约,无奈地沦为城市的“边缘人”。对农民失地的深层次原因及失地农民向市民角色转换的制约因素进行深入探讨,将有助于妥善、合理地解决失地农民的若干问题。

With the high-speed development of Chinese economy and incessant-level urbanization, a large quantity of farmland has been requisitioned, thus producing numerous land-requisitioned farmers. Very often, due to the unjust in land requisition, they suffer a heavy loss of economy. At the same time, many restricting factors make them ＂edge persons＂ helplessly in the process of citizenry role-shift. So it has become a great concern about the economic development and social stabilization, which can＇t be neglected, to allocate the landrequisitioned farmers reasonably and support their legal right. This article, based on the deep-seated cause of land requisition and the restricting factors of farmers＇ citizenry role-shift, has a deep probe into the problem and makes some suggestions.
