A Re-Reflection on the National Character

从鲁迅三组各自独立又相互关联的命题出发,以“众趋人格”作为理论手段,把鲁迅的“国民性”理解为兼具开放性与自足性的系统,从而为鲁迅“国民性”研究中长期以来悬而未决的疑点提供了一种阐释可能。

This essay, starting from the three groups of different but related statements, and taking the ＂convergent character＂ as the theoretical method, has an analysis of Lu Xun^s ＂national character＂ which is considered as system of both opening-up and self-satisfied, thus providing a reasonable commentary with the unsettled points perplexing the researchers of Lu Xun for a long time.
