摘要
经营者股票期权作为一种重要的激励机制,在国外已得到普遍应用,而我国上市公司特别是国有上市公司,在借鉴这一方式中,仍然存在许多问题。在此,就经营者股票期权的应用情况、自身的优越性以及如何更有效地实施其管理等加以探讨。
As an important stimulus, administrator' s ESO(Executive Stock Option ) is widely applied in foreign countries, but there exist many problems in applying ESO to China' s listed companies, esp. state - owned listed companies. So, a discussion is made of the application of administrator's ESO, its advantage, and its effective ways in management.
