高职英语教学改革是我国加入世贸组织以及市场经济发展的必然产物。我们要一改过去那种“一块黑板、一本书、一支粉笔”的传统教学模式,利用先进的多媒体教学设备以及学生手中现有的通讯工具,使英语课堂变为学生学习英语的主要阵地。当然,这一教学方法的实施离不开教师教学理念的转变。

English teaching reform in Professional and Technical Institute is the production of my country’s entering the World Trade Organization and market--oriented economy. We should convert the traditional teaching method into a new one in order to adjust to this change. In the former, teaching is completed only by teacher himself, while in the latter, students study more actively not only in class but also out of class. Nevertheless, this mainly depends on the change of the teachers’idea.
