贸易与环境问题是WTO多哈回合谈判的重要议题,正如技术标准和贸易相连一样,一旦披上了环境保护的外衣,自由贸易就必然受到影响。WTO中虽然没有专门的贸易与环境的规范,但是在很多相关条款中对环境问题都有所涉及。如何看待环境保护与自由贸易的协调,这正是本文所关注的。

The issue ot trade and environment IS an Important subject of the doha round negotiation. As the connection of technological standard and the trade, free trade will be influenced when disguised by environmental protection claims. There is no special regulation in WTO on trade and environment, however, we can find many articles relating to this question. This thesis is in favor of how to see the coordination of environment and the free trade.
