摘要
对表面活性剂乳化渣油进行研究和分析，结果表明：乳化石油蒸馏附产物渣油所需乳化剂的最佳ＨＬＢ值为１０．４－１０．６，可行的乳化温度为７０℃；用不同的乳化剂乳化渣油可以得到乳化效果不同的乳状液，其中以Ａ１十Ｂ１和Ａ２＋Ｂ１的乳化效果最好；且得到乳化不同浓度渣油所需的最佳乳化剂浓度．
Through the study and analysis of emulsifying residua with surface active agents,some conclusions are obtained. The rational value of HLB of emulsifying residua equals 10.4-10.6, and the preparing temperature is 70℃, Using different emulsifiers, the residua can get fifferent emulsive liquids.A, and B, or A, and B,' will have better emulsification. And the optimal emulsifier concentration of emulsifying different concentration residua can be obtained.
