高温下Al_2O_3/Al合金复合材料的界面稳定性和拉伸强度

摘要 利用挤压铸造制备了Al2O3/Al合金复合材料,研究了在高温下复合材料的界面稳定性和拉伸强度.结果表明,在Al2O3/ZL109复合材料中,纤维与基体之间的界面上发生了化学反应,有利于纤维与基体的结合;在高温下界面层结构稳定.与基体合金相比,Al2O3/ZL109复合材料具有较好的高温拉伸强度,工作温度可提高100℃以上.另外,分析了Al2O3/ZL109复合材料高温拉伸的失效形式. AL2 O3/AL alloy composites are manufactured by squeeze casting and the interfacial stability and the tensile strength of the composites are studied at high temperature. The results indicate that the chemical reactions which are favourable to the combination between the fiber and the matrix occur on the interface between the fiber and the matrix in AL2 O3 /ZL109 composites, and the structures of the interfacial layer are stable at high temperature. Compared with the matrix alloy,AL2 O3 /ZL109 composites have better high temperature tensile strength and the working temperature is over 100t. In addition, the failure forms of AL2 O3 /ZL109composites at high temperature tension are analyzed.
