摘要
液压安全联轴器是80年代初瑞典的专利产品。本文运用高等材料力学中的短薄壁圆筒弯曲理论和厚壁圆筒公式,计算了消除该联轴器各套筒间隙所需压力,并将理论值与实测值进行对比,得出其相对误差在3%~15%范围内,验证了所用理论公式的正确性。在此基础上。
The torque limiting safety coupling is a patent product of Sweden in the early 1980′s In this paper,with the bend theory of short thin cylinder and the formula of thick cylinder,the pressure to eliminate the clearance of the cylinders is calculated.The test value is contrasted with the result of the theoretical calculation,and their relative error is in 3%~15%.So it indicates that theoretical formula that is used in this paper is right and reasonable.Based on this,the chart of the relation between the pressure and torque that is valuable to the product is got.
