农药残留的快速检测——高灵敏度酶试剂的研究

Research of the higher sensitivity cholinesterase for rapid determination of pesticide residues

本文报道研制出的一种农药残留快速检测的高灵敏的胆碱酯酶试剂,它对有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留有较高的检测灵敏度,其中对甲胺磷、氧乐果、毒死蜱、二嗪农等达到≤0.3μg/ml的水平,同时对大部分常用的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的检测灵敏度可达到≤0.5μg/ml。

the paper report that we produce a kind of cholinesterase for rapid determination of pesticide residues. It has higher sensitivity for pesticides of organophosphate and carhamate. The sensitivities are about 0.3 μg/ml to some pesticides such as methamidophos ,omethoate 、chlorpyrifos ,diazinon. At the same time ,the sensitivities are about 0.5 μg/ml for most pesticide.
