水产品中氟化物的离子色谱法

摘要 本文提出用离子色谱检测水产品中的氟化物。样品经过600℃灰化,酸性下蒸馏后,用碱液吸收上机。采用阴离子柱分离,电导检测。流动相为Na2CO3/NaHCO3=6mM/1mM。50μL进样,检测限可达0.05mg/kg。线形范围为,0.05~5×10^3mg/kg。方法的回收率为86~93%。方法有选择性好,灵敏度高的优点。 In this article, an ion chromatography method with the conductivity detector for determination of fluorine in fishes or fish products is studied. The sample is ashed at 600℃, distilled and absorbed with sodium hydroxide . Then the analyte is separated in the anion exchange column and detected with the conductivity decector. The mobile phase is Na2CO3/NaH- CO3 =6mM/1mM. The linearity ranges from 0.05 ~5 × 10^3mg/kg . The detection limit is 0.05mg/kg with 50μL injection volumn, and the recovery rate are 86 ~93%. This method is characterized by high specificity and sensitivity .
