膝关节侧副韧带损伤的高频超声检查

HIGH RESOLUSION SONOGRAPHY DIAGNOSIS OF COLLATERAL LIGAMENT TRAUMA OF KNEE JOINT

目的评价高频超声对膝关节侧副韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法采用6.4～10.3MHz高频宽带线阵探头,对31例临床拟诊侧副韧带损伤患者行超声检查,并与关节镜手术或MR结果做对照。结果超声诊断符合有29例,假阳性2例。诊断准确率为96.7%。结论高频超声能够较准确地对膝侧副韧带损伤进行诊断,其具有较高的临床诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the validity of high resolution sonography in diagnosis of trauma of collateral ligament of knee. Methods Thirty - one patients clinically suspected to have injury of the collateral ligament of knee were examined by 6. 4 - 10. 3MHz linear probe. The results were compared with those of surgery or MR. Resuits Ultrasonographically 29 cases were accurately diagnosed, 2 cases was false - positive,The total diagnostic rate was 96.7%. Conclusion High resolution sonography is useful in diagnosing trauma of collateral ligament of knee.
