一例HIV感染合并化学烧伤患者的护理

NURSING FOR A HIV INFECTED AND CHEMICALLY BURNED PATIENT

2005年6月23日,我科收治了1例双足、双小腿Ⅱ度化学烧伤的病人。由于盘问病史时,患者隐瞒了曾有一年的吸毒史,所以直到入院第10天才根据临床表现考虑到进行抗HIV检测。结果回报阳性。针对我国艾滋病流行趋势愈发严峻的具本情况,建议医生把是否有吸毒史纳入病史盘问中,医护人员在工作中加大艾滋病防护宣传,增强自我防护意识,防止职业暴露。

23th, Jun,2005, our department received a patient whose ealfs were 11 oe chemically burned., He hidden the truth that he had taken drugs for a year in his medical history. So he was asked to take HIV examination, with positive result, till 10 days after admission according to his elimieal symptoms. Since more serions situation in our country,we advice our doctors to bring drug taking history into question, our nursing staff should strenthen the propagandum of AIDS, reinforce self - protection eonsiousness and avoid professional exposure.
