食管癌的化疗进展

Advances in the treatment of esophagus cancer

食管癌大部分发生在发展中国家。食管癌的化疗目前常见统一的标准方案。近年来关于食管癌术前新辅助化疗,术前新辅助放化疗,食管癌术后辅助化疗,术后辅助放化疗有一些临床试验的结果,随着新药的不断出现,很多新药治疗食管癌的Ⅱ期临床试验结果也很多。本文综述食管癌化疗研究的近年进展。

80% of esophageal cancers are found in developing countries. There is still no standard regimen for chemotherapy of esophageal cancer. Some chnical trials about neoadjuvant chemotherapy, chemoradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy, chemoradiation of esophageal cancer have been done in recent years, a lot of new phase Ⅱ trials using new drugs to treat esophageal cancer have got their results, but large randomized phase Ⅲ clinical trials are anticipated.
