改性凹凸棒石复合颗粒净化水中有机物的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了增孔剂改性制备凹凸棒石复合颗粒,确定制备的优化条件为对凹凸棒石用2mol/L盐酸活化2h.4%粘结剂和2%增孔剂溶解后与酸化凹凸棒石制粒,105℃烘干,500℃焙烧2h。添加增孔剂改性后,复合颗粒有较好的吸附甲基橙的性能。在pH值为1时,对浓度为20mg/L的甲基橙溶液的吸附率达到95%。当pH值为7,甲基橙浓度为100mg/L时,吸附容量为1.88mg/g。通过XRD和扫描电镜研究了吸附机理,结果表明,增孔剂和热处理改善了复合颗粒的晶体和微观结构。 The preparation process of attapulgite compound grains by changing character of the attapulgite with pore -former was studied. The optimizing preparation process was activating the attapougite with 2 mol/L HC1, preparing the compound gains with solution having 4% binder and 2% pore - former, drying the grains at 105℃, then baking them for 2 h. The compound grains have good adsorbent performance on methyl - orange. The adsorbent percentage is 95% at pHI when the concentration is 20mg/L. When the concentration is 100mg/L, the adsorbent capacity is 1.88mg/g at pH7. The adsorbent mechanism was studied with XRD and SEM. The result showed that the pore -former and heat treatment improved the crystal structure and microstructure.
