摘要
目前市场对低压开关柜提出了高防护的要求,所以制造开关柜时需考虑内装电气元器件的散发热量,根据开关柜的外形尺寸及内装电气元器件的热功耗及安装位置,确定满足产品温升要求条件下能否正常工作。介绍了低压开关柜的发热计算程序,并举例验证低压开关柜的热设计。
At present, the requirement of high protection to the low-voltage switchgear assemblies is proposed on markets. So the heat emitted by inner-mounted electric components should be taken into account during manufacturing. According to the assemblies'figuration and dimension as well as the heat-consumed power and install position, make sure the normal operation in the condition of fulfilling the requirement of temperature rise. This text introduces the assemblies' heat calculate program, and exemplifies the heat design for low- voltage switchgear assemblies.
