摘要
本文介绍了一个基于ARM处理器的具有实时分析功能的动态心电监护系统,该系统可以完成多通道心电信号的数据采集、数字滤波、数据无损压缩存储、常见心率失常实时分析、检测、报警等功能。系统采用高性能低功耗的ARM处理器实现各种分析处理功能,软件采用C语言与汇编语言混合编程,充分发挥了ARM处理器的性能特点。实验证明可以满足实时性的要求,并能在电池供电条件下连续工作24小时以上。系统中利用大容量CompactFlash卡实现不小于24小时的多通道心电数据的全信息存储,使用带USB接口的通讯适配器完成系统配置及存储数据的快速回放。
A desing scheme of real-time analyzing and monitoring system for ambulatory ECG is presented in this article, which can complete data acquisition of multi-channel ECG signal, digital filter, lossless data compression and storage, detection and alarm of unusual arrhythmia. High performance and low power consumption ARM processor is used in this system to implement system control and analysis function. The software of this system is designed with C language and assembly language to take advantage of the characteristic of ARM processor. It is proved by experiments that the real-time requirement of the system can be achieved with the processor and software mentioned above and that the system can operate over 24 hours under the condition of battery support. Meanwhile, CompactFlash card is used as memory to store 24h's multi-channel full data of ECG, so that it is easy to extend the capacity of system memory. In addition, USB interface is used to attain high speed transfer of recorded data.
