It is expounded that the treatment of JiuSteel＇s ore by using magnetization roasting technology is both effective and reasonable, which has been continuously improved and optimized in the production. The application and development of Anshan-type shaft furnace in JiuSteel＇s concentrator is presented, with the highlight on the industrial tests and the application of shaft furnace with double combustion chambers. Its problems and the improvement methods are also described.
