摘要
运用力学、材料力学和波动力学理论,在分析钎杆结构对其抗疲劳寿命的影响的基础上,提出一种与钎杆受力特点相适应的钎杆结构,为我国高效长寿命钎杆的研制开辟了新的途径。新型钎杆采用螺旋副连接柱面承载结构和薄壁管式结构,具有能量传递效率高抗疲劳寿命性能好等特点。
A rod structure that adapts well to the rod stress characteristic is proposed based on the mechanics, material mechanics and wave mechanics theories and on the analysis of the effect of rod structure on its fatigue life, thus opening up a new way for the development of China's high efficiency long life rod. The proposed rod adopts a structure of screw-pair jointing, load-bearing cylinder and thin-wall tube, and is characteristic of high energy transfer efficiency and good anti-fatigue life.
