摘要
本研究通过测定不同堆放期3个栽培品种的原料蔗主要工艺性状和鲜重的变化情况,探讨品种间砍后露天堆放原料蔗工艺品质方面的差异,筛选出符合榨季生产需要的栽培品种。结果表明:露天堆放3天,甘蔗蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度的变化不大,而蔗汁还原糖分、甘蔗纤维分和鲜重的变化较大;随着堆放时间的增长,甘蔗蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度的降幅也在增加,而蔗汁还原糖分和甘蔗纤维分的增幅不断加大,鲜重的损失也在增大,显示原料蔗工艺品质变劣加剧。结果还表明,F90-7909是个工艺性状相对较稳定的栽培品种。
Processing quality characters and fresh weight of millable sugarcane of three cultivars under different pilling up time condition were analyzed. Results showed that the descent extent of sucrose content in cane and gravity purity in juice enlarged continuously, but the rising extent of reduced sugar in juice and fiber content in cane increased constantly, along with the increasing pilling up time. Fresh weight of millable sugarcane also decreased continuously. Which implied that the quality of millable cane got worse and worse. Results indicated that sucrose content in cane and gravity purity in juice changed little, but the reduced sugar content in juice, fiber content in cane and fresh weight of millable cane changed greatly at three days long pilling up time, which implied that the quality of millable cane began getting worse. Results also showed that F90-7909 was a cultivar with high quality juice and strong resistant to pilling up during grinding season.
