Determination of Betamethasone Liniment by HPLC

目的 建立了用HPLC测定倍他米松搽剂中倍他米松的含量.方法 色谱柱为C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（70：30）,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为240nm.结果 倍他米松的线性范围为40～120μg·mL^-1（r=1.000）,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.5%.结论 该方法简便、准确、快速、重复性好.

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Betamethasone in Betame thasone Liniment. METHODS The analytical column was C18column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,and the mobile phase was methanol-water （70：30）at a flow rate of 1.0ml· min^-1 .Detected at 240nm. by UV- detector. RESULTS The linearity was good for Betamethasone within the range of 40～120μg·mL^-1 （r= 1. 000） , the mean recovery was 100. 0%（n = 9）, RSD= 0. 5 %. CONCLUSION The results show that the method was simple precise and rapid.
