和平里慢性非传染性疾病综合防治示范社区诊断报告

Situation of Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Non-Infectious Diseases in Hepingli Model Community

目的找出和平里社区公共卫生问题的影响因素,确定目标干预人群,为慢性病防治效果评价提供基线数据。方法采用社会学和流行病学调查的方法对现有的文字资料和居民行为危险因素、人文环境及卫生服务政策等进行分析。结果心血管疾病、肿瘤、脑血管疾病是社区死因资料前3位疾病;社区行为危险因素顺位依次为饮酒、不运动、高脂、吸烟、高盐以及超重;和平里社区制定并实施了健康教育相关政策、公共场所控烟政策、体育锻炼政策等。结论社区形成了健康促进的支持环境,工作模式和工作网络,慢性病防治工作得到了各级政府的重视。今后需加强基层医务人员培训及居民健康教育的普及及信息化建设工作。

Objective To find out the influencing factors of public health to decide the target of intervening group so as to provide the basic data for evaluating the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in Hepingli community. Methods Sociological and epidemiological surveys were taken to conduct an analysis of writing data, behavior risk factors of residents, humane circumstance and health service policy. Results The first three diseases causing death in the community were cardiovascular diseases, tumors and cerebrovascular disease; the behavior risk factors of the community were successively alcohol drinking, no exercise, high lipid diet, smoking, high salty diet, and obesity. The relative policies for health education, no smoking at the public places, and physical exercises were established and carried out in Hepingli community. Condusion The support environment for health promotion, and working model and network were formed; and chronic disease control had been paid more attention from the local government. The works of professional training for medical staff at the basic level, health education for resi- dents, and information and monitoring system construction should be enhanced from now on.
