社区妇女围绝经期症状及其对生活质量的影响

Analysis on Perimenopause Syndromes of Community Women and Their Influence on Quality of Life

目的 研究社区妇女围绝经期症状及其对生活质量的影响。方法 在开展社区妇女围绝经期综合征流行病学调查的同时，应用改良的kupperman症状评分表调查妇女围绝经期症状，并用WHO QOL-BREF量表对社区妇女的生活质量进行调查，分析影响社区妇女生活质量的主要症状。结果 社区妇女改良的Kupperman症状评分为0～28分；生活质量总分为50～89分，平均（65.4±6．4）分。经多元线性回归分析显示，影响社区妇女生活质量的主要围绝经期症状为感觉异常、失眠、潮热出汗、性欲下降、骨关节痛、抑郁、易激动和头痛。结论 社区妇女围绝经期症状具有发生率高和群体性等特点，给社区妇女带来身心困扰并影响其生活质量。

Objective To study the perimenopause syndromes of community women and their influence on their quality of life. Methods While the epidemiology survey of female perimenopause syndromes was conducted by the improved kupperman, a survey was carried out on the living quality of women in the community by means of WHO QOL - BREF tables, then the symptoms which affected the living quality of community women were analyzed. Results The scores of the improved Kupperman syndrome were 0 -28 ; the total scores of quality of life were 50 - 89, and the average score was （65. 4 ±6. 4）. The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the symptoms affecting the living quality of community women were abnormal feeling, insomnia, low fever and sweating, inactive sexual desire, joint aches, depression, easy agitation and headache. Conclusion Perimenopause syndromes have a high incidence and are popular among community women, which bring some metal trouble to community women and severely affect the living quality of community women.
