应用连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过救治孕产妇合并多脏器功能障碍综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Applying Continuous Vein-vein Hemofiltration to the Women with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome in High Risk Pregnancy

目的总结连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)救治重症孕产妇合并多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的临床经验。方法收集合并多器官功能障碍综合征的重症孕产妇的临床资料,回顾性分析治疗方法及并发MODS的原因及CVVH治疗的效果。结果并发MODS的产科原因分别为重度妊高征、产后出血等。采用CVVH治疗的6例MODS孕产妇中治愈3例,死亡3例,死亡患者均存在凝血功能障碍。结论在妊娠合并MODS的治疗中,除针对病因及对症治疗外,CVVH是有效的辅助治疗手段。
