摘要
本文运用振动理论对直线振动开铁口机进行了模态分析及起制动过程分析,在设计阶段,通过系统的动力学特性分析可以修改某些可变参数,使其运动处于最佳状态,从而提高其性能,同时使系统的动载荷减小到最低限度,提高振动开铁口机的强度和使用寿命。对于现有的直线振动开铁口机,进行动力学特性分析,可提出改进设计的有效方案。在此理论分析和现场实测数据的基础上编制了相应的软件。
On the basis of the vibration theory the modality and the starting-braking process of rectlinear vibrating tap-hole driller in BF (blast furance) are analized.On the designing stage,through the analysis of dynamics characteristics,some parameters can be reformed, and the rectlinear vibrating tap-hole driller can work on the best working state. On this condition, the productivity and production power of this kind of vibrating tap-hole driller can be raised, at the same time,the dynamicial pressure can be reduced to the minimum, and the intensity and service life of the rectlinear vibrating tap-hole driller can also be raised.Through the analysis of the dynamics characteristics of the rectlinear vibrating tap-hole driller on line,the best designing scheme can be gained.The computing program has been programed on the basis of the vibrating theoritical analyses and the measured data,and the good foundation of improving the design of the rectlinear vibrating tap-hole driller has also obtained.
