甲酸根掺杂的AgBrI乳剂增感最佳化研究

摘要 使用反馈式微机控制双注乳化仪,在晶体生长过程中,特定时间、特定pAg下,加入一定量的甲酸盐,制得了两种系列甲酸根离子处于晶体颗粒次表面的立方体溴碘化银微晶乳剂:一种系列为未掺杂甲酸根的AgBrI乳剂,另一种系列为将甲酸根掺杂于晶体颗粒次表面的AgBrI乳剂。对该制备的两种系列乳剂进行化学和光谱增感之前,获得了最佳的曝光条件、最佳的化学增感条件和最佳的光谱增感条件。 Two series of cube bromine silver iodide mierite emulsion with formate on the sub - surface have been got in the feedback computer- controlled double - doping emulsification instrument, and in the process of crystal growth, a certain amount of formiate is added under specific time and specific pAg. One is doped with formate, and the other is with format on the subsurface of the crystal pellet. Best exposure condition, best chemical and spectral sensitization condition have been reached before the making and sensitizing of the two kinds of emulsion.
