摘要
本文重点对45钢大试样:φ190×250mm、320×300mm在生产条件下,合理缩短淬火加热的保温时间进行了研究。试验结果表明,经缩短淬火加热保温时间处理后的试样,具有较好的显微组织和较好的机械性能。采用缩短淬火加热保温时间及采用零保温,在生产中代替传统工艺是可行的,节能效果显著。本文提出了在试验条件下,缩短淬火加热保温时间的计算式。
It is emphaticaly discussed in this paper about how to reasonably shorten the tcmperature retention time for quench heating large test pieces of No, 45 steel with sizes ofφ19O×250mm andφ320×300mm at production conditions. Experimental results show that the testpieces through the quenching treatment with shortened temperature retention time possess better microscopic structure and mechanical behaviors. It is feasible in production to substitut shortened temperature retention time or zero retention time for quench heating for conventional process, and its energy saving is effective. The calculation formulas for temperature retention time in quench heat under the experi mental conditions are represented in this paper.
