meso-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸钠苯基)卟啉合成方法的改进

The Improved Synthesis of Meso-tetra (4-methoxyl-3-sulfophenyl) Porphyrin

对meso四(4甲氧基3磺酸钠苯基)卟啉的合成方法进行了改进,并确定了最佳反应条件:n(卟啉)∶n(氯磺酸)=1.4∶29.8,氯仿15 mL,温度25℃,反应30 min.改进后的方法与文献报道的方法相比,反应温度低55℃且易于控制,磺化试剂用量少,反应时间短,不产生粘稠状的副产物,产物易于分离纯化,产率达98.6%.

The improved synthesis of meso-tetra （4- methoxyl -3- sulfophenyl） porphyrin is reported. The experimental results showed the best ratio of reactant is n （meso-tetra （4- methoxyl -3- sulfophenyl） porphyrin） ： n （ClSO3H） = 1.4：29.8, CHCl3 15 mL, at 25 ℃ , the reactive time is 30 min. In this technology, the temperature reduced 55 ℃ and controlled easily,sulfophenyl-reagent is decreased, the time is shorter, the outgrowth is lower and separated easily.
