摘要
以正己烷作浸提剂,用冷浸、超声、索氏3种不同方法浸提巨桉的树根,然后用气质联用仪(GC-MS)检测浸提液的化学成分.分析结果表明,3种方法共检测到烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、醇、醛、酮、蒽醌、萜类、烯酸酯、芳香酸酯、含N的化合物共11类48种不同化感物质,超声浸提是3种提取方法中较为合理的一种方法,对巨桉化感作用的研究有一定的指导意义,其超声浸提技术有待进一步提高和研究.
Root of Eucalyptus grandis have been naturally, ultrasonically and continuously extracted with hexane, and have been identified with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS). The result shows:3 different extractions of root contain 48 organic compounds belonging to 11 different categories, including alkanes, alkenes, arenes, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, a terpene, a anthracenedione, a alkenoate, arenoates and compounds containing nitrogen, ultrasonic extraciont is a more reasonable way than the other two,which is important to research allelopathy of Eucalyptus grandis,but ultrasonic technology should be further improved and studied.
