高平均功率高重复率固态双Nd:YVO_4基模激光器 被引量:3

High Repetition Rate and High Power Double Nd:YVO_4 All-solid-state TEM_(00) Lasers

摘要 报道了采用国产大功率光纤束模块双端泵浦双Nd:YVO4激光晶体和声光调Q技术,实现了高平均功率、高重复频率的1 064 nm激光输出。通过降低Nd:YVO4激光晶体的掺杂浓度,采用双端泵浦双晶体,在晶体热效应允许的范围内最大限度地利用了泵浦光的能量,通过腔内插入声光调Q器件,在晶体注入总功率为50 W的情况下,得到了24 W的TEM00模连续波1 064 nm激光输出。最高重复频率为50 kHz时,平均输出功率为22.9 W,脉冲宽度为38 ns,相应的光-光转换效率为45.8%;在重复频率为10 kHz时,具有最大单脉冲能量1.55 mJ,相应的脉冲宽度为15 ns,峰值功率达到了103 kW。 A high repetition rate acousto-optic Q-switching of high power double Nd: YVO4 all-solid-state TEM00 laser was reported. To reduce the thermal effect and achieve higher power output,there are two Nd;YVO4 laser crystal with low nd-dopped concentration in the cavity,and the crystal are pumped by two high power fiber coupled laser diode with TEC cooling, In CW operation,the laser output power was 24 W with TEM00 mode at 50 W of diode pump. In Q-switching operation, the maximum average power of 22.9 W was obtained at the maximum repetition 50 kHz,the pulse duration of this repetition was 38 ns,and the corresponding optical-optical conversion efficiency was about 45.8 %. The highest single pulse energy of 1.55 mJ with peak power of 103 kW was generated at the repetition rate of 10 kHz,and the pulse duration of this repetition was 15 ns.
