摘要
探讨了精练酶T115 I用于纯棉织物练漂一浴法前处理的工艺条件。确定了最佳工艺为:处理浴浴比1∶20;精练酶T115 I 1.5g/L;双氧水5mL/L;加热至100℃煮漂50m in。经此工艺处理后的棉织物,其毛效为10.3 cm,白度为80.3,经向撕破强力为656.0N。
Pretreatment of cotton fabric with scouring enzymeT115I in one bath was discussed. The optimum obtained conditions were ： liquor ratio： 1 ： 20, scouring enzyme T1152 ： 1.5 g/L, hydrogen peroxide ：SmL/L, treating time：50min, bath temperature：100℃, under above-mentioned conditions, the cotton fabric capillary effect was 10.3cm, whiteness was 80.3 and warp tearing strength was 656. ON.
