摘要
采用CO2超临界萃取法萃取山豆根中苦参碱,并运用高效液相色谱法,以苦参碱为标准品,测定各萃取物中苦参碱的含量,从而确定山豆根中萃取苦参碱的最佳方法。
The matrine in the radix spphorae tonkinensis was extracted by carbon dioxide supercritical extraction. The content of matrine in the extraction product was determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction conditions of matrine from the radix spphorae tonkinensis were obtained.
