Synthesis of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride

摘要 对甲基苯乙酸乙酯经甲基化、溴代和Sommelet反应、格氏反应、缩醛水解、还原胺化、水解后成盐制得盐酸非索非那定,总收率32%。 Fexofenadine was synthesized from ethyl 4-methyl-phenylacetate via methylation,Sommelet reaction, ketal hydrolysis, Grignard reaction, reductive amination, hydrolysis and salt formation with an overall yield of 32%.
