摘要
以短密青霉MA-4为出发菌株,应用紫外和亚硝基胍诱变,结合麦考酚酸与三氟乙酸抗性筛选,获得高产、稳定的突变株MA-H8。经过发酵培养基优化,突变株发酵水平为4500μg/ml。
A high mycophenolic acid-producing strain MA-H8 with genetic stability was obtained from the original strain Penicillium brevicompactum MA-4 by mutagenesis with UV and nitrosoguanidine, followed by resistance selection with mycophenolic acid and trifluoroacetic acid. After the optimization of fermentation medium, its yield of mycophenolic acid was 4500μg/ml.
