摘要
ColorimetryandHPLCmethodwereestablishedfordetermination of p-aminophenolincompoundtramadol hydrochloride tablets. Colorimetry method compared thecolor ofthesample solution developed after chemical reaction with that of reference solution.ForHPLC, aC18 column wasused with the mobile phaseof methanol-0.02mol/L KH2PO4solution (45∶55). Thedetection limitof p-aminophenolwas0.25μg and 0.18ng,respectively.
Colorimetry and HPLC method were established for determination of p-aminophenol in compound tramadol hydrochloride tablets. Colorimetry method compared the color of the sample solution developed after chemical reaction with that of reference solution. For HPLC, a C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.02mol/L KH2PO4 solution （45： 55）. The detection limit of p-aminophenol was 0.25μg and 0.18ng, respectively.
