L-精氨酸、维生素C干预手术应激的实验研究

摘要 目的:了解L-精氨酸(L-Arg)、维生素C(VitC)干预手术应激对实验狗的影响,为临床用药提供指导和理论依据。方法:健康成年杂交狗随机分为对照组、L-Arg干预组、VitC干预组,检测不同时点其血清和胃黏膜的相关丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的变化。结果:手术应激引起实验狗血清和胃黏膜中MDA、SOD、NO、NOS的改变,VitC,L-Arg干预减少MDA的含量,增加NO的量(P<0.05),对SOD、NOS的改变不大。结论:适量的VitC、L-Arg可减轻手术应激对机体的损害,有利于机体的康复。
