摘要
研究表明,高炉氧煤喷吹及强化煤粉燃烧采用逆向、交叉射流供氧的方法比一般富氧鼓风效果要好。高炉富氧率为4%时,可增加煤粉燃烧率5%~8%。催化—单独供氧综合强化燃烧是提高煤粉燃烧率的更有效方法。
By experiments,with intensifying coal combustion in the blast furnace oxygen-coal injection the effect of individual oxygen supply with countercurrent and cross jet flow is better than that of oxygen enrichment.The coal burnout rate will be increased by 5%~8% when oxygen enrichment is of 4%.The comprehensive intensifying combustion with catalysis-individual oxygen supply is a more effective method of increasing coal burnout rate-
