头颈部髓外浆细胞瘤6例临床体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨头颈部髓外浆细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法:对6例头颈部髓外浆细胞瘤的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:1例放弃治疗后失访,余5例平均随访45.2个月,未发现局部复发、远处转移及进展为多发性骨髓瘤。讨论:头颈部髓外浆细胞瘤的确诊依靠组织病理及免疫组化;治疗以放射治疗为主,手术治疗相结合。
