武钢5号高炉长期封炉后的炉况恢复

Resumption of WISGCO No.5 blast furnace condition after long time banking

为检修高炉煤气下降管,武钢5号高炉于1995年11月20日至12月23日封炉,但开炉后的炉况恢复却极为缓慢,并造成了炉缸冻结,直到1996年2月15日4个铁口才均能正常出铁。经过分析,认为造成炉况恢复缓慢的原因主要有如下几点:开炉方法与实际炉况不符;风口未堵牢而自动吹开;软水密闭循环冷却系统检漏困难;处理炉缸冻结时[Si]过高。

The No.5 BF at Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Co.had a banking period from November 20 to December 23,1995 in order to repair the broken downtake pipe.The resumption of the BF condition was very slow and hearth chill happened in resumption period.Till February 15,1996 the four tapholes could tap normally.Through analyzation,the main reasons to cause the slow resumption are as follows; the blow-up method didn't accord with the actual BF condition; the tuyeres were blown open due to infirm blocking;the leakage detection of the close loop soft water cooling system was difficult; the silicon content of the hot metal was too high during handling the hearth chill.
