国产汽车变速器齿轮设计问题探讨

摘要 齿轮安装中心距的选取、总变位系数的确定与分配、齿轮精度等级的选择是汽车变速器齿轮设计时较难处理又缺少适用性资料的三个问题。文章从实际使用情况出发,以力求经济合理为前提,对上述问题进行了初步探讨、并提出了处理这些问题的看法和计算公式。 The selection of gear installation center distance, the determination and distribution of total modification coefficient and option of gear precision grade are three problems which are quite difficult to deal with and suitable data about which are insufficient in gear design of an automobile transmit. This paper, proceeding from the real work circumstance and taking economization and reasonableness as presupposition, tentatively discuses these problems mentioned above and represents the calculation formulas and idears about treating these problems. In the gear design of automobile transmit, addendum corrected gears are used widely day by day because of the structure and strength problem. There are something distinctive and problems which need to be studied in the design of high hardness flank gears at extended center. This paper is going to discuse the problems as follows.
