Clinical value of automatically warning in cardiac remote monitoring system

目的探讨心脏远程监护系统自动报警的临床价值。方法回顾分析心脏远程监护过程中1例无症状性心肌缺血、1例窦性停搏和1例短阵性室性心动过速患者的心电图。结果1例发生在白天,2例发生在夜间;2例发生在院外,1例发生在院内。或采取相应预防措施,或及时给予救治。结论心脏远程监护系统的自动报警功能对于早期发现、早期治疗心血管疾病具有较高的临床价值。

[Objective] To study clinical value of automatically warning in cardiac remote monitoring system. [Methods] Three records of electrocardiogram were analyzed retrospectively, one was silent myocardiac ischemia, one was paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, the other was sinus arrest. [Results] One case occurred in the day and two cases occurred in the night; Two cases occurred out of hospital and one case occurred in hospital. Corresponding preventive or therapeutic measures were adopted. [Conclusion] Automatically warning in cardiac remote monitoring system has clinical value for discovering and treating cardiovascular diseases earlier.
