摘要
针对连杆式钢包回转台结构动态设计要求，通过计算机模拟钢包加载过程，分析了连杆式钢包回转台在不同冲击载荷模式作用下的动载荷特性，讨论了结构动载荷系数的取值规律。现场实机测试表明，实际加载过程中所表现的动载荷特性与理论分析结果一致。从而为钢包回转台动态设计和动载荷系数的选取提供了可靠的理论依据。
To meet the requirements of the structural dynamic designing the dynamic load characteristics of the linkage ladle turret under different impact loads are analyzed by simulating the load processes with computer, and the selection of the dynamic load factor is discussed. The dynamic load characteristics obtained in practice are in good agreement with theroretical ones, thus reliable bases for dynamic designing of the turret and the dynamic load factor selection are provided.
