红景天对慢性缺氧大鼠腺垂体促肾上腺皮质激素细胞影响的免疫电镜研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察红景天对慢性缺氧下大鼠腺垂体促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)细胞超微结构和内分泌功能的变化,探讨在慢性缺氧下红景天对ACTH细胞分泌功能的影响及其在机体缺氧应激反应中的作用。方法将W istar大鼠随机分为两组,在海拔3800m的高原地区饲养,其中实验组每天以红景天(500mg/kg)灌胃,对照组以生理盐水(50m l/kg)灌胃作为对照。30天后,观察大鼠垂体ACTH细胞变化。结果实验组ACTH细胞分泌颗粒明显变大变多,且粗面内质网、线粒体等细胞器有所增加。结论红景天可使参与机体慢性缺氧应激反应中的ACTH细胞功能明显增强,并在高原抗缺氧反应中起到重要的促进作用。 Objective To observe the changes of the endocrine function and the ultrastructure of adrenocorticotrophic hormone ( ACTH ) cells in the rat' s pituitary gland treated with integripetal rhodiola herb under chronic hypoxia. To investigate the role of ACTH in the reaction of hypoxic stress and the effect on the endocrine function of ACTH cells in the rat's pituitary gland treated with integripetal rhodiola herb. Methods We divided Wistar rats into two groups randomly and moved them to high altitude areas 3800 m. Intragastric administration with integripetal rhodiola herb of 500 mg/kg every day as experiment group; intragastric administration with normal sodium of 50ml/kg every day as control group. 30 days later, observed the change of ACTH ceils in the rats' pituitaries by immune electron microscopy. Results The secretary granules became more obviously, and cellular apparatus such as the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the mitochondria of the experiment group ACTH cells were larger than the control group. The relative content of hormone compared with experiment group obviously reduced to control group of rat pituitary gland of incline in the department ACTH cell. Conclusion Integripetal rhodiola herb is obviously strengthen the ACTH cell function that participate in organism to be stress reaction in chronic hypoxia, and play an important role in resisting the response with hypoxia at high altitude.
